Personal Training

My PT sessions are a little different… I mostly train outdoors (yes, all year round!!!) and love to work with people who want to learn to lift weights but don’t love being inside a gym. As a 50 year old woman, I am passionate about training in mid-life and spreading the word about how looking after your muscles is one of the best things you can do to help you age well!

Outdoor PT: £20 per hour

Running Technique

Optimise your personal running style to becoming more efficient and make your running feel smoother and easier. With practice you can become faster and recover more effectively from your runs, allowing you to build up distance and become better at longer runs.

I also offer follow up sessions if you have completed the initial assessment and would benefit from a review, update & refocus.

Full Running Technique Assessment: £90
1 hr follow up session: £35


Habits Coaching

Bespoke 1 to 1 habits coaching including personalised nutrition and training plans delivered and monitored via my app and regular check-ins via zoom (or in person) tailored to your progress and requirements.

£50 per month
