My approach to coaching is based on four healthy foundation habits of physical health and encourages emotional wellness through acceptance, compassion, vulnerability and responsibility.

one to one sessions

To help you achieve a balance in your life I offer 1 to 1 coaching over a programme of six sessions with a focus on mindful, habits based lifestyle coaching to help you own your health.

I also offer follow up sessions if you have completed the course and would benefit from a review, update & refocus.

6 x 1hr sessions: £150
1 hr follow up session: £30


TAILORED SMALL GROUP SESSIONS

In addition to 1 to 1 coaching I can also accommodate small groups and tailor the sessions to your requirements.
